- How does GDPR compliance work?
- We process data on lawful bases suited to sourcing and recruiting (typically Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interests, balanced with transparency and candidate rights). You get privacy notices, access controls, and documented removal workflows.
- Where is data stored?
- AION runs on EU-region infrastructure hosted in Frankfurt via Supabase, so primary data residency stays aligned with continental European expectations.
- Can candidates opt out?
- Yes. Candidates can exercise rights including deletion — see our public removal route at /privacy/request-removal for GDPR-related requests tied to sourcing.
- How does MACH scoring work?
- MACH evaluates five behavioural dimensions consistently across submissions — without publishing internal model specifics. Outputs are calibrated scores plus short recruiter-facing rationales.
- Do you offer multi-language outreach?
- Today outreach drafts are centred on English production quality; Danish, Swedish, and German support is planned for Q3 2026 alongside review workflows.
